Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe comes from a mixed-race family from South London in England. Madekwe is English but her father is Nigerian. Her family was raised on an estate in South London community estate, and at the age of 14, attended The Brit School. She was a student at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London which she graduated with an acting BA. While at the academy, she appeared in numerous performances on stage, such as King Henry V playing Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started acting in Storm Damage. She's appeared as guest for Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's first film appearance was Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), opposite Colin Farrell. The film's success resulted in her being cast as Elisha as a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot. She then appeared in the six-episode series Trexx & Flipside playing the character of Ollie. Madekwe played Bambi in the ITV2 drama Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe starred as the lead character on How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others, a comedy made in 2008. Her theatre credits comprise Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams as well as Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe made her official US debut on the drama The Beautiful Life, which just aired two episodes in the US on The CW before being cancelled. Ashley Davenport, a character in ABC's Revenge drama series was cast as Ashley Davenport. Madekwe's exit from the series was announced in May 2013. After a period of two years as the main character she made a guest performance in the first episode of season three. She was Tituba on the television program Salem from 2014 to. Madekwe got married to her long-time lover, Iddo. They've worked together on Secret Diary of a Call Girl and also had a role alongside her on the show Salem.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress who was raised in the large family. Her parents were Patty and Roy Leggat. Her parents were Roy and Patty and four older brothers, Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. The four brothers of Ashley, each of them extremely physically active, were all playing hockey in the winters and baseball in the summers, meaning she basically grew up in baseball and arenas. Ashley did not walk; instead, she danced. When she was two and half, she found Baby Ballet. Ashley discovered a love for dancing shortly after she joined the Baby Ballet. Ashley performed in competitive tap, jazz and ballet in the high divisions. All of the big dance events, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, have awarded her the title "top individualist".
